Staff restaurants are usually awarded through a tender. This is followed by an on-site intake and working out the concept. Once that is in place, a trained kitchen team starts the daily operations.
No. Breinvoer can run a staff restaurant with or without a kitchen in your building. During the intake we look at what is available.
